Insparra
Jeanne can offer SOS, Seeking Out Solutions Ltd. clients the option of having Insparra, a certified therapy dog be part of their therapy. The participation of a certified therapy dog is an innovative approach designed to help adolescents as well as adults feel more relaxed and comforted as they work through their issues. Therapy dogs also can be utilized in therapy sessions to help desensitize people who have fears of animals.
Jeanne and Insparra have worked together for a couple of years. Insparra is a Standard poodle, a dog ideal for this type of work due to the intelligence of this breed. They are considered hypo-allergenic and are safe for those with animal allergies. They also do not shed, so clients will not have to worry about dog hair on their clothing. Insparra looks forward to coming to work every day.
