I’ve been blessed to be a patient of SOS for a couple of years for personal growth and some family and work challenges as well.  I’ve worked in health care for over 30 years and was seeing a psychologist previously.  My family physician referred me to my therapist and I was initially very hesitant to see her since she was not a psychologist.

While working with my therapist, my personal growth has accelerated, our family has positively navigated through some difficult challenges together, and I’ve learned to manage some difficulties at work.  Working with her through these issues and experiences has resulted in me being happier, learning to successfully cope with and react better to situations, our family has grown closer, and my marriage of over 30 years has been so rewarding and wonderful.
